Sale of Finol Oils Ltd. to ACSTK Holdings

Established in 1977, Finol Oils Ltd. ("Finol") supplies a wide range of lubricants and other synthetic oils including anti-freeze, coolants, engine oils, gear oils, grease and hydraulic oils.

It is the approved partner for Total and Elf lubricants in Ireland and it supplies the agricultural, automotive, aviation, commercial trucking, construction, industrial and marine sectors.

Pegasus Capital advised on the sale of the business to the Tricel Group, a leading Irish diversified industrial and environmental group in a transaction that enabled Finol's founder to retire from the business.
