Wavebreak Media Ltd. ("Wavebreak") is a producer of stock imagery and video, which it sells directly and via the large global distributors including Shutterstock, Getty Images and Fotolia (Adobe).

The company has one of the largest libraries of self-produced images globally and has a strong reputation for high quality professionally produced imagery.

It recently launched its Design Wizard application which enables users to edit and customise images via a highly intuitive online platform.

Pegasus Capital advised the company on a recapitalisation, raising primary and secondary funding, thereby providing an exit for some long-standing venture capital investors, primary capital to help fund the growth of the business, and some liquidity for the founders.
